I used this company when it was called RB Electrical. Work was good but I never got my electrical certificates back. After chasing them over WhatsApp and multiple broken promised delivery dates, almost a year later I'm going to have to have another electrician in to check the work and sign off my certificates.

Job satisfaction, from repairing electrical faults and restoring power, to installing complete new installations and always making sure our clients are receiving top quality service from start to finish at all times.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began in the electrical trade 21 years ago on a weeks work experience in school, and ever since then I have always been interested and passionate about how the electrical industry works.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are very passionate about our clients requirements and always design our systems based on what will give our clients the best results and with minimum disturbance. We explain to our clients what exactly we are going to do, how we are going to do it and also do a 'walk through' with the client so that they are fully aware of what the job entails.

Yes we can provide remote quotations and in some cases we can resolve callouts via telephone restoring power without our clients having to wait in.
Subject to cause of the fault - appliance faults can be rectified via telephone damaged cables will require a visit
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We keep hand sanitizer and face masks in the vans at all times and keep safe working distance from our clients.
