We were immediately impressed with Iain and are thrilled we chose him. He has a passion for his food and complete pride in what he does.
He had a genuine interest in what we were trying to achieve and recommended a menu that complimented our wedding plans.
The food on the day, evening and even the next day was immaculate . Everything was cooked to perfection, despite there being so many people, and we received compliment after compliment.
His whole set up, equipment and staff are exemplary. We cannot thank the team enough and would not hesitate to recommend them for any event. We are already thinking of reasons to host another party !! More...

I asked Iain to do my wedding catering, and it is the best decision I made. From the initial enquiry I made, Iain was so quick to reply, so helpful and absolutely got what it was I wanted to create. I am a florist and venue designer, so getting the style and atmosphere I wanted to create was absolutely vital to me. Iain came with lots of ideas, but really listened to the ones I had and made it come true on the day. But even before then he was just so easy to deal with, we changed things and moved things about and it as never too much trouble for him. We have Iain a catering tent and a field and he managed to create a lovely family style meal, where everyone got to tuck into lots of dishes, there was lots of food, my big burly guests didn't go hungry and everyone said how unbelievable it was, best food at a wedding they told me. On top of that the guests could not get over how amazing the staff were. Engaging, always smiling, completely on the ball with anything that needed doing, absolutely amazing and when they all lined up to see me arrive, they looked genuinely interested, this wasn't just any old wedding, they were really engaged in it and looked like they were having a good time, they made my arrival feel really relaxed and easy, they were just wonderful. They really made it on the day too, I couldn't have anticipated just how important they were to making it all run smoothly and just how brilliant they were. So many of my guests came and told me how fantastic they were and in an informal atmosphere, they just added to the friendly warm reception my guests got. Absolutely brilliant staff, better than any I have met doing my job in other venues. I made all my own desserts and this didn't phase Iain either, he was so flexible, creating something that he would normally have done didn't bother him, it was really just whatever I wanted to do, brilliant. So as you can probably guess, I cannot fault these guys, they delivered such amazing service, brilliant food and just so so easy to deal with. I highly highly commend them. More...

Iain catered for our wedding last weekend and he was fantastic! He made our menu up from an initial meeting and tailored the food to out tastes perfectly. He was really helpful and accommodating to our needs- he even met me in Scotland with a diy tasting box when my fiance was ill and couldn't make the tasting as planned! We hired Iain and his team for our festival themed wedding in May 2018.

Wow!
Couldn’t want for a more professional and friendly supplier. Organising a wedding is pretty stressful but these guys were at the bottom of our worry list.

(Our wedding festival was in a ruined mansion, in Carlisle, in May, with camping .. so we set ourselves a challenge!)

Amazing food, (the brownies are a MUST BTW)
The canapés were off the hook, the main was Delish and perfect for our day (went for Moroccan tagines with flat breads, cous cous, yoghurt etc)
Evening food was epic chilli! �

The serving crew were polite, very well presented and delightful in every way. Well done girls! You smashed it. �

Iain went way beyond the call of duty to ensure our prep for the day and day itself went exactly as we’d hoped.

Can’t recommend these guys enough.
Top marks!!

Book them. You will not be disappointed!

Iain and his team catered for our wedding reception in December 2017. Right from the outset he was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating of dietary requirements; even helping us decide on the best food choices when we weren’t sure.

He was totally accommodating of some last-minute changes to numbers and worked incredibly hard to overcome some vehicle access issues when the field the reception took place in got a bit muddy!

The food tasted absolutely incredible, served bang on time by super-friendly staff and any leftovers were carefully packed up for us to take away.

We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use Iain again in the future! More...

Iain catered our wedding last month and it was amazing!! We weren't 100% sure what we fancied to begin with but knew we wanted a relaxed menu which would get our guests talking. Curry was the perfect choice and it was so so good! We chose Iains famous chocolate brownies for dessert and our guests are still raving about them!
