Extremely impressive, Jon is a charismatic professional hardworking busy guy that’s why everybody uses him that’s for sure😊He answers calls within 3 rings and gets a quote enquiry back within a day! Apart from a screw missing from the casing on a new boiler installation after Jon left causing Boiler to make a noise which was quickly resolved by the manufacturer my relative is very pleased with new boiler and it’s been ticking over nicely this past year which we are grateful for and a relief as old boiler desperately needed replacing We only have good words to say about Jon👌🏽although it’s a pity company isn’t particularly local to area to attend to any other Central Heating requirements like annual boiler servicing, replacement of aging controls & such like We would have no hesitation in getting back in contact for anything in the future, also reassuring to know that the new boiler has a 7 year guarantee with the manufacturer Thank you More...

Excellent. They kindly came out on a Bank holiday to survey and within a couple of days we had our new boiler installed.

After having no heating at this time of year due to our old trusty boiler giving up, we contacted a few companies as per recommendations from Facebook groups! Not all of them responded or some stopped responding! Berkshire Heating Solutions were quick to respond and they answered all questions quickly! Sent a quote when they said they would, booked the job for 3 days after their first contact, arrived when they said they would & replaced our broken boiler with a brand new one! And fitted hive after explaining what it was and how it would benefit us! John worked so quickly to get the job done! We are so grateful and would highly recommend the company to anyone! John came round today , and managed to get my mother's boiler working, with 10 minutes, after Yateley Plumbing couldn't and charged my mother £150 for a 10 Look and said she needed a new one. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked in a clean and tidy way. Would highly recommend to anyone in the local area. thank you 😊 More...

We discovered Berkshire Heating Solutions when doing a search for Gas Safe Registered Engineers on Checkatrade website and read good reviews for this company so got in touch. We first met back in January of this year and requested a no obligation quote for a new boiler installation. 9 months later however a new boiler installation for my fathers house got off to a ropey start when it started making a noise just after Berkshire Heating Solutions had installed and commissioned it, with a brand new boiler you wouldn’t expect that to happen especially as it’s a costly decision to make for a home. Thankfully with piece of mind with the Worcester Bosch boiler guarantee it was suggested by Jon the owner to arrange an appointment for a WB engineer to take a look. It turned out that Jon had left the 2 screws out from the casing of the boiler so the WB engineer fitted spare screws to rectify the noise. Unfortunately the boiler is still not corrected although the noise is not as prominent as before. It has been suggested that the boiler requires a new fan. We have liaised again with this company and have every faith our issue will get resolved soon thus raising a further appointment with the manufacturer & part ordered. With regards to the installation this was done in a day and a half even though there was no rush and Jon worked very hard on his own and also tidied up afterwards to our satisfaction. We have received good knowledgeable communication & advice from the first contact until present. We rate our experience 3 and a half⭐️Stars. Thank you. More...
