Ben is a fantastic PT who is motivating and really cares about his clients. His feedback on form helps get the maximum results from workouts and his balanced approach to nutrition helped me reach my fitness goals whilst enjoying the process. Highly recommend!!

I started online training with Ben about six months ago and have found his enthusiasm and drive super motivating. His expert knowledge of fitness and nutrition is inspiring and I have learnt so much. I now think differently about food and am much healthier and happier as a result. As well as improvement in my strength and general fitness, I’m more toned and have lost several inches from around my waist and thighs which were my problem areas. Then we map out exactly how we are going to do it, what needs to be done on a weekly basis and how we are going to continue to make progress after you reach your goal. This isn't just a 12 week transformation this is about making lifestyle changes for the rest of your life

We will set a tailored training programme with specific exercises that are going to help you reach your goal. We will log book progress each week so that we can see that you are getting stronger and progressing your lifts. Sending form review videos is critical to this

I have an extensive exercise library which is a video showing you how to perform the exercise and certain cues we need to focus on

Set up a nutrition plan. This can be a meal plan or calorie and macro target, depending on your preference. We will dispel a lot of myths surrounding nutrition and get you eating foods that you enjoy, are healthy and contribute towards your goal. Discuss how you can manage social occasions and still stay on track. This is highly important because we want to be able to life our life at the same time as achieving out goals

We will use a coaching tracker to keep you accountable and stay in regular communication to ensure you fully understand how and why we are going to make progress

Weekly check ins will allow me to make any necessary changes to keep you moving in the right direction
