How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
A lot of it is very specific to the individual in front of me. Everyone responds and needs different types of coaching to reach their goals. My main ethos is to educate people so they feel more confident in making their own choices.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is consistency. You can sign up for the 'perfect' plan, but if you can't stick to it then it counts for nothing. Sometimes it is better to do something that might not be perfect, but as an individual you can stick to in the long term.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people get the results they have been struggling to get. That gives me the biggest job satisfaction. Also, I enjoy seeing people grow as they learn and develop themselves and get out of some of the toxic mindsets they have been shown before.
Face to face personal training
This service is in person and is completely tailored to the individual. I offer a range of sessions such as;
Resistance training
Cardio based work
Martial arts coaching & pad holding for fitness
Walking, running, hill training
After an initial consultation, we can decide on the best options for you as an individual.
Online coaching
This service is purely online. We would have a consultation call or video where we would go over your personal circumstances in more detail.
I would then design a personalised plan for you and we would have a weekly check in to keep up with your progress.
