All of our services can be provided remotely as we are a digitalised firm (paperless.) All of our communication is via email, video calls or telephone and all documents are signed electronically. The apps and softwares we use allow both ourselves and our clients to store documents digitally.
Full Finance Function
Suitable for growing companies who need a finance department you can rely on. Outsourcing a finance department may not sound crucial however we have helped our clients improve their cash flow and have freed up their time to work on their business.
Whats included:
- Cloud Accounting Package including set-up support. Choose from Xero or QuickBooks
- Receipt scanning app: We’ll get you setup on Dext and integrate it with your cloud accounting package
- Forecasting dashboard: We’ll get you setup on Fathom which is software that allows us to analyse business performance and budget for the future.
- Annual UK statutory accounts
- Annual UK corporation tax return, including preparation and submission
- VAT returns: if you’re VAT registered, we will support with monthly or quarterly VAT return preparation and submission
- Automation of credit control department
- Supplier payment runs weekly, fortnightly or monthly
Bookkeeping
Our bookkeeping team will perform all your bank and card reconciliations, process your sales invoices, purchase invoices and receipts, as well as make payments on your behalf. We will also submit VAT and CIS returns for you.
Bookkeeping performed by us will enable you to have access to real-time financial information so you understand your business performance at any time.
When we do your bookkeeping, it allows us to give you regular tax overviews so you will understand what your PAYE, your VAT and your corporation tax liabilities are, as well as any director’s loan account position.
Accounts for Limited Companies
Our accounts department produces the year-end accounts for submission to Companies House.
We also provide the tax computation and make those submissions on your behalf ensuring that they are done timely and accurately, and you remain within the legislation.
We aim to deliver these within three months of the financial year-end, so you are aware of your tax position well in advance of when it is actually due.
Self-Assessment Tax Returns
With ever-changing tax rules, we can take the weight of preparing your own personal tax return off your shoulders. We will ensure your affairs are managed effectively and in accordance with the regulations so that you are paying the correct amount of tax and can plan ahead with confidence.
