Super positive experience, would highly recommend.I left my laptop that I have had for over two years in a for a tune-up. I have been using it for a week now and it is sufficiently faster, turns on immediately . Hardly any time to wait for applications to open, really happy with it.Despite the amount of work required to my laptop I was still only asked to pay the initially quoted price. Moreover, my laptop was ready to collect within the time frame I had been told.They provided a full receipt of all the work that had been carried out and went through this with me and explained everything. Even suggested to me that I test my laptop before taking it home in case there was anything I wasn't happy with - I did test it and they were happy for me to take my time to check it out.Really reliable and thorough service, really happy with the job delivered. The guys did a really good job replacing the hard drive in my Asus PC. Cant have been an easy job as its an All-in-one PC with no easy access to hard drive but they did a great job and its back running like a new machine again.

I cannot highly recommend Belfast PC Clinic enough. Michael did a fantastic job on my laptop - an initial problem that should have been sorted in a day or two took much longer and yet he still only charged me the initial fee quoted for Tune Up. The amount of and check-ups and clean-ups that he carried out ensured that the laptop is now running as well as it did when new 4 years ago! Michael really knows his stuff and when returning the laptop, he gave me a sheet detailing all the work carried out and went through it all. He even downloaded a more advanced and free anti-virus programme. Thank you Michael, I will definitely book in every year for a PC MOT! Super helpful people. They were unfortunately unable to fix my laptop as it was a very odd problem that occurred however these guys couldn't have tried any harder for me and gave me some excellent advice on how to go about handling it with HP so that they will hopefully fix the laptop for me instead. Went to these guys to get some heavy duty upgrading and fixing (removal of all components in an old case to a new case as well as install a new CPU and Motherboard, heavy duty like I said). Very genuine guys have helped a lot and have got it sorted within a matter of a few days. Great service, great price, what’s to complain about!10/10 if I managed to break my PC again would head straight back! Price was as quoted for screen replacement and Michael also gave my laptop a pc health check and showed me how to speed up my laptop and removed several viruses and increased my virtual memory which was very helpful. Very helpful, patient and friendly staff. Great communication, always quickly replied to my e-mails and provided me with lots of information and updates about my repair. They did everything they could to fix my device. Bought my computer from the PC Clinic are per specifications to accommodate the database needed for work. I have had no problems with it at all since i bought it. I uninstalled a programme I had put on because it was not working (not compatible with Windows 10, so completely my fault!!) and got a BSOD- Blue Screen Of Death. Major panic ensued. I Appreciate EveryThing That Dan & Michael Did For Me In Fixing My LapTop When I Was In Belfast, My Port Socket Charging Port Had Had It's Day, InFormed Them That I Was In The Country For A Couple Of Days, They Had Sourced The Part & Fitted It The Very Next Day & Done Extra Maintenance Work When 'Opening' LapTop At No Extra Expense. ....And The Work Was Very Very Reasonably Priced To Begin With.....Excellent Service

I cannot recommend Belfast PC Clinic enough! I have an old MacBook which had many issues due to an old Operating System and the team at Belfast PC Clinic were great at advising me of possible solutions, keeping me up to date regarding potential costs and linking in with me regularly.
Both Michael and Dan were pleasant, polite and keen to help.

Was able to leave my computer in by 7.30 on thursday and pick up at 5.30 on tuesday which suited my working hours perfectly, Very friendly and informative staff who kept me updated through the whole process and checked my system through. Were unable to fix as it appears the new motherboard i purchased was faulty and can be returned under warranty with amazon, did not charge me, would highly recommend to anyone, Will return if I ever have any further problems.
