Left my Macbook in after having spilt coffee all over it. Apple shop totally not interested only wanted to sell me a new one. All my photos and docs where on it and no backup (I know). Andy the guy who helped me out couldn't have been more help and patient. Took my Ipad to a few places before I discovered the shop on the Lisburn Road. Dealt with a guy called Tom. He was really helpful and professional. My Ipad got dropped in the sink by my son and I thought it was completely gone. Tom took it for a few days and actually got it going. I was more interested in my Photos which I had not backed up. I'm not great with technology. I don't know any of the technical terms and usually just resort to turning it off and on again, no matter what is wrong with it. Luckily these guys are round the corner, and sorted me out when my laptop decided to go on strike. They didn't mock me for my pathetic description as to what was wrong, and were able to give me a diagnosis I actually understood. They cleaned my drive (or something!) and had it back to me the next day, running better than it had in years. Even better the cost was in no way scary. I hope I don't need them again, but the moment my tech starts misbehaving I'll be back. More...
