Staff is lovely and they really know how to help you get back on your feet. Went here for my sciatica problem. Only had a couple of session's because it's a bit expensive at £40 for first session and then £35 after. Staff on arrival were so warm and welcoming, to be honest I felt nervous not knowing what was going to happen. Then I was called that’s when I meet Karen Kielt she made me feel so at ease. Great sense of humour and always a story to tell. Having treatment following surgery on my ankle for the past 4 months. I cannot recommend Belfast Back Care enough and especially Owen. I have an autistic son who I frequently have to lift and carry. It can be quite physically demanding especially as he gets older. I managed to severely damage my neck and shoulder to the extent that I could not turn in the car and was in a lot of pain night and day. I was deeply worried about this as it persisted for a few weeks and did not seem to be getting better. I worried about the impact on my job and in how I could look after my son in future. On arriving at the Belfast Back centre it was obvious how popular it was. I was soon met by Owen and he examined me, reassured me and explained to me the causes and the treatment involved. Following coming home from the treatment I began to improve to the point where I am back to my normal self. It was also just in time for my holiday! I've had small pings of back pain off and on for years now but it's always something that I'd ignore and hope goes away in time. But with the new football season rapidly approaching I thought I'd go get the once over from a professional to prevent anything inhibiting my preseason.The whole process was straight forward. I found their website easily and was able to make an online enquiry. Within minutes I had a message back outlining their availability. This was Friday afternoon and I was in on Monday lunchtime. My physio/chiro was great. He made me fill in a form (medical history, issues. sports - the usual) and then we were straight to the treatment room for a consultation. After more questions he got me to do some mobility excersises and then diagnosed my issues. We then went on to some light tissue massage and a few more excersises.The whole experience was great - I came away with more knowledge about my back than I've ever had as well as some daily excersise and posture tips to work on. Having never done anything like this before I was impressed. The only small thing I'd say for the clinic is that it could do with some more dedicated parking. I parked on a bus lane and wasn't sure if I'd return to a ticket or not! 4.5 Stars! More...

Absolutely amazing. I was diagnosed with a slipped disc, piriformis syndrome and sciatica and struggled to walk 10 metres at times. I have been to 4 NHS physiotherapists, 3 private physiotherapists, 1 kinesiologist, 1 orthopaedic surgeon, 3 orthopaedic consultants. It was only when I got an epidural injection at the hospital that I felt the slightest ease in pain over the past year. 3 sessions of physiotherapy and using the Theraflex machine with Karen at Belfast Back Care had me walking, swimming, running, and now back into sports. My father called her a miracle worker as we seen so many professionals and Karen was the only one to actually help/fix me and not waste my parents money. I can now go back to University, play sports and be able to go through my daily life without any pain.

I have been using Belfast Back Care to treat back pain and muscle tightness, which I had been unable to get rid of on my own.

They immediately saw the problem was posture related and down to the fact I was at a desk for most of the working week.

I noticed a great improvement after just one session and with further guidance on stretching techniques I am now much better.

Our staff spend long hours in front of computers and regularly use Belfast Back Care for 'MOT' checks. They are billed as 'back pain specialists' but are so much more than that. Their specialist physiotherapists have identified and treated a number of issues which were previously unknown to staff members.

I would urge all Belfast businesses with healthcare plans to investigate using Belfast Back Care.

I had been crippled by back and buttock pain for years and put it down to Sciatica. I made an appointment with Belfast Back Care who were able to deduce that I actually had one leg shorter than the other (apparently this is quite common). This was causing me to be walking at a slight tilt which was straining my back and buttock. The therapist was able to painlesly fix my leg during my first appointment and I havent had a moment's pain since.I still attend the clinic to rectify the damage to my back and loosen the muscle in my buttock. The theraflex/boinic hand machine is amazing. Not only is it ultra effective in straightening my spine - it's also the best massage you'll ever get.I would strongly advise anyone with any sort of back pain to pay these guys a visit. For the sake of a few quid, you'll have a new lease of life. It really does pay to go to a specialist. I had been going to doctors and sports injusry therapists who were able to do nothing for me other than give me a painkiller or token exercise to do.I cant say enough good or thank them enough.
