I think there are plans and there are plans ! I contacted before bricks to get a set of plans for a loft conversion, all I had was a vision no idea if it was possible or more importantly could my vision be better.
Isaac spent a lot of time getting aligned with my taste , style and requirements and came up with a design that solved all of my problems, maximising every aspect of my space. My builder actually stated they are the best plans he’s seen, so when I say there are plans and there are plans , that’s what mean.Highly recommend.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The BeforeBricks team follow all government guideline and operate with our customers safety as a top priority. We work remotely from home as much as possible. When site visits are a must, we maintain social distancing and wear face masks.
Measured Surveys
We offer measured building surveys and use them to produce accurate As-Built Floor plan, Elevation, and Section drawings of your home.
Planning Drawings
BeforeBricks specialise in planning permission drawings for a range of home alteration and extension projects.
We provide our clients with all the elements they need to get their project approved by their local councils planning department.
Building Regulations drawings
We offer compliant drawings for your ‘full plans’ building regulations application. Our specialists have an expert knowledge and understanding of the building control Approved Documents.
Loft conversions
Whether you want to add a dormer, just a couple velux windows to your bew loft conversion, we can produce designs and permitted development drawings for building regulations approval. We also do structural calculations to save going to elsewhere.
