I have been in the science industry for many years, with a keen interest in a wholistic view on functional nutrition, ensuring the whole client is taken into account not just macro nutrients. I also offer packages to cater for those who may need more support.

What we eat can have a bigger impact on our health than almost anything else.

I am to teach clients how to make healthier choices, i am happy to provide meal plans and menus but i really enjoy helping clients to make their own choices and keep themselves accountable on their journey. A journey to a healthier lifestyle is not quick nor easy but together we can make long lasting sustainable choices towards a longer healthier lifestyle.

Consistency and honesty with yourself, is the most important thing. Motivation is what gets us started but consistency is what keeps us going.

So many people have a negative relationship with food, i enjoy helping people re-kindle their love of food without feeling like they are eating 'bad' foods or should try and out exercise a 'bad' diet.

I am currently providing all of my services online- with all my consultations done via zoom, the necessary forms being sent via e-mail and payments being taken by BACS transfer.

Services

Weekly Menu Plans are an awesome way to get inspired in the kitchen and re-focused on your goals. Meal plans can also be helpful when you are restricting certain foods due to sensitivities, or adapting to an eating style that is new to you - for example a gluten free or dairy free eating.

We will chat (via Zoom, phone or email) about your health and wellness goals, and specific dietary requirements and you will receive a beautiful customized one-week menu plan.

Please note that meal plans do not include lifestyle or nutritional supplement recommendations.

A discovery call usually lasts about 15-30 mins. This is completely Free and is your chance to ask any questions you might have about nutritional coaching and what I offer. It is also an opportunity to discuss which plan would work best for you based on your goals and history.

Your first step to becoming the best version of yourself! The First consultation can take approximately 60-90 Minutes.

This is a chance to get to know each other a little better. We will go though an initial client questionnaire, to ensure we can make the most informed decisions moving forward. You Will get a personalised nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations in an easy to digest and habit-based format. Handouts such as food diaries will be provided if necessary.

This package is for those who are ready to make and maintain long lasting changes to their health and well-being. Our health begins from within and by zoning in on your nutrition habits we will work together to create lasting change. 

Every journey begins with a single step. This is why this package is designed to take place over 6 or 12 weeks so that we can slowly implement changes and forge new and healthy habits, Because motivation is what gets us started but habit is what keeps us going!
