Individual counselling
50 minute counselling session delivered either face to face or online. Explore issues you are experiencing and feel respected, valued and understood. Let’s try to work out what is happening for you at the moment and how you can start to feel differently to what you are now.
Couple counselling
50 minute session for couples/two people. You don’t need to be married/in a relationship to have couple counselling. Let’s look at where your not connecting well at the moment and try to get a better understanding of each individuals perspective.
