What impressed us initially was the ease of use of the website engine. The questions asked are exactly what a consumer that knows nothing about a new boiler would want answered. We were contacted by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable rep who asked a few more detailed questions which was followed up by an onsite engineer visit who recommended the best option for our needs. I couldn’t fault Becosyy’s service from start to finish. Their communication was clear and extremely prompt and especially when compared to the other companies that I contacted to replace my boiler. Their quote was competitive and once I accepted they gave me a date of my convenience to do the work. We had a new boiler fitted as our one gave up the ghost, luckily Becosyy was able to come round to assess the situation and then fitted a new one a few days later. We have a newborn so was really relieved for such a speedy install. We chose the pay in instalments option, which I didn’t realise you could do with boilers! Overall would recommend More...
