I have worked with Peter for over 2 years. I am a completely different person from the first trial session with him.

I have dropped over 20kg, I weight train 5 times a week, I am running again and regularly take part in half marathons and feel good about myself. This is all as a result of the training and food planning that he helped me put in place.

I’ve been working with Peter for almost a year and as well as being enjoyable I’ve got great results. We train hard as I always have done but what has been different from other trainers I’ve worked with is Peter’s approach to nutrition. He creates a detailed meal plan and reviews progress weekly using photos and body measurements, tweaking the nutrition as required. I think this has had the biggest impact for me. Sticking to the plan can be hard at times and Peter has coached me through that making sure food is still enjoyable. At 49 it’s definitely harder to build muscle, Peter continues to encourage me to be consistent and trust the process. I have been working with Peter since October. I am about 2 and a half stone down and I am completely a different person.

Peter has been amazing at every step, he has been supportive, encouraging and helpful with every request and workout. At no stage has he made feel less for not knowing how to do something or not being able to complete a workout. Always positive but tough when needed. This has given me confidence in the gym then ever before.

My meal plan is balanced, my workouts good and hard and my catch up calls supportive.

In the 12 weeks I have worked with Peter I have achieved results I never thought possible. When I began I was self conscious, and my mood was at an all time low. I came across Peters advert whilst on the bus home and plucked up the courage to call him, from the very first time I spoke to him he was supportive and encouraging, from the weekly coaching calls to helping me with a balanced eating plan and exercise I have lost a stone and 15 inches from my body. The food is enjoyable and I now eat way more than I did before. I look forward to our gym sessions, stepping foot in a gym was the last thing I ever thought I would have the courage or energy to do, the feeling of self satisfaction and time to clear my head of the daily stresses is just amazing. Have tried joining a lot of gyms over the years and always lose the motivation after a few weeks. Felt that I needed to mix it up a bit with a PT.

Pete was great from the off. Started off with him getting to know my limits, then pushed them forward week in, week out.

I'm really starting to see the progress now and am actually enjoying it.

My diet was always pretty good anyway (probably a bit too much alcohol). But Pete provided a weekly nutritional session as well, which made me make a few changes.
