Half way through my first block of sessions and just had to write a review. The support Becca has given me has been amazing! The food plans and fitness timetables have really helped me get my eating and fitness into control and change my way of thinking. She listened to my worries and concerns and put together plans that fit around me and my lifestyle. I have such a busy and hectic job and I find it really hard to eat proper meals and fit in gym workouts several times a week. She’s helped me gain in confidence in such a short time and I am already feeling the Benefits. I can’t wait to continue working with this lovely inspirational woman! More...
