What inspired you to start your own business?
I was fencing for a quite a few years before i started my own company, i carried out fencing work on various site including new build sites i then moved on to carrying out work for other organisation like the council, ive had expirence in many types of fencing in different environments each one with new chalanges to overcome
Why should our clients choose you?
I started my own business so i could give my customers quality work and a finished product that i can be proud off and that my customer will enjoy and appreciate for years to come ! From renewing an old fence because its falling apart and making the garden look a mess, to renewing the fence to make it safe and secure for dogs , or making an area like a front garden more private with a picket fence and matching gate ! We work with you to find out what type of fencing is best for you !
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure we are Covid-19 safe we call all our customers before any visits to the property to ensure everyone in the household does not have Covid-19 symptoms and not self isolating. Meetings to discuss customers needs are done outside and a safe distance is always maintained. A quote detailing the work is sent via email and any further question or queries are answered by email or phone call. If the customer is happy to go ahead with the work, a telephone call yo the customer the night before is made to check again that no one in household has Covid-19 symptoms or are self isolating.
If the customer has symptoms or is self isolating, the work would be rearranged for when it is safe to complete.
The work that is completed is always outside and a safe distance is always maintained when coning into contact with the customer.
We ask for bank transfer for payment on completion of the work, to save handling cash. Cash payments can be made by prior arrangements.
