After getting extremely bad eyelash extensions done at another salon in the area, I rang Sarah to see if she could help salvage my eyelashes. After an hour and a half she'd got rid of all the bad extensions and managed to leave my natural lashes in tact with no damage! She was very professional and knew what she was doing. I wanted my eyelashes done last minute for Christmas Day, I asked around everywhere but no one would fit me in with so little notice, apart from Sarah who kindly booked me in the next day. It was my first time having my eyelashes done and Sarah answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. She is really friendly, so funny and really down to earth, we waffled on about all sorts and it was a very pleasant experience. My eyelashes were perfect, they look so natural. Noticeable but at the same time natural which is what I wanted. I really love them and I am definitely going to keep going back to get them done. Went last minute to have my 4 1/2 yr old daughters ear pierced. Excellent service and a more professional service than some actual boutiques. Sarah explained everything in detail, had me sign consent forms and put my daughter at ease. They are spot on and her information for not only the aftercare but where and what earrings to get her when she is starts school was spot on. Wonderful nail shellac, I felt completely comfortable from the start. From one nail technician to another there is nothing I would change. What zaynab has not include on her comment is that both her and her sister turned up with really badly bitten damaged nails that I highly recommend against extensions as i wasn't prepared to risk further damage to their natural nails. I applied shellac which they have since bitten off and demand I apply extensions which I am not prepared to do on extremely damaged nails. More...

Have to say, this lady is amazing at lash extensions try and book in with her every time I come to visit the in-laws, doing lash extensions myself it's been really difficult to find someone in my area (South Wales) that I've been completely happy with, love them thanks again - will see you again in a few months
