Brutal customer service. Google API is not working on the site. After two weeks I have been told they can get it to work with their API and to follow the step by step instructions that I have already followed 3 times. I was told if they can do it so can i.... really.... I had to pay an extra support package to even talk to customer service as our last one had just expired. No help what so ever.... More...

I purchased Felt theme from pixelgrade on 6th December 2019 but I didn't get a fair support for what I paid for so I requested cancellation and the refund on 14th on the same month which is within 14days from the day I purchased the service.
