I was made to feel so relaxed and welcome. I had therma vein treatment and it was done professionally and I was not rushed. The treatment was slightly painful but nothing unbearable. I am quite swollen and red today but I was told this would possibly be the case so it was expected. This is such a friendly and professional service and a real treat to come here. I initially booked in to have Thermavein treatment to treat small capillaries around my nose. During the procedure, Claire showed great professionalism and incredible attention to detail, and was always making sure I was at-ease. Immediately following the procedure I had LED light therapy treatment which helped to calm the redness and left my skin feeling hydrated. After one treatment the capillaries have diminished in appearance and I am able to wear much less concealer. I am very pleased with the results so far and will shortly return for a second Thermavein treatment on the same area, with LED therapy to follow.I have also had a skin scan which provided an impressive evaluation. Claire explained the science behind skincare and gave excellent advice on how to care for my skin at home. After the scan, I enjoyed an AlumierMD facial which left my skin fresh, clean and glowing. I am looking forward to returning for more facials and other treatments soon. Beausynergy is a lovely clinic and it is well worth travelling the distance. I am grateful to Claire for her expertise and calm, personable approach. More than a beauty clinic, a bunch of really great women too. There’s a salon 2 minutes down the road from me that offers a lot of the same treatments but I choose to travel 30 minutes out of my way to go to Beausynergy. Yesterday I attended my third appointment at Beau Synergy, for my first body treatment (after having previously enjoyed two wonderful facials). Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly yet professional, and the treatment was fully explained to me in detail by my therapist. The whole process was much faster than expected and as soon as I arrived home I immediately started browsing the Beau Synergy website to choose my next treatment! I went to Beau Synergy about 8 months ago for a Thermavein treatment and it was excellent. Whilst there the therapist recommended LED therapy and gave me some information to take home, there was no pressure. 8 months later I decided to book a consultation for the LED therapy, I’m so glad I did, Claire and Jacqui were so friendly and helpful, they are really knowledgeable and want to help you achieve results. They never made me feel rushed or pressured and I was there well over an hour. I had a trial of the LED therapy and it’s amazing, my skin looks the best it has for ages, plumped and healthy. How to start this review...I have suffered with acne my whole life. I hoped that when I got older it would fade, it only got worse. I wouldn't let anyone see me without my foundation, i use to avoid over head lighting as this showed every imperfection and I would cry at how frustrated I was with this sore, ugle skin!! I tried drugstore products, expensive brands and even medical treatment such as Roacutane which just damaged my skin more. I thought there was nothing I could do so I focused on mastering my make up skills to cover it. I then got engaged and all I wanted was to have flawless skin. I didn't want everyone looking at me with my head directed at the floor which is how I avoided people seeing my bad skin. I looked into other options such as lazer to quickly fix my skin but was scared about the outcome. I then found BeauSynergy. What swayed me was the photos, they were perfect adverts, they were photos that people had taken, real photos that hadn't been edited to look perfect. I called and booked for a consultation. The consultation wasn't what I expected. Normally people sell you a product, there ladies were honest. They said you need to stick with it otherwise there's no point as it takes time to work. I thought this could be a ploy to make you spend more money but they explained how it worked and didn't force anything on me. They said your acne will get a whole lot worse in this process but it will get better. I went away and looked up all the products and information and decided to go ahead with it.To be completely honest, when my skin got worse i cried most evenings. I didn't go out, I didn't want to go to work. I bought ridiculous amounts of foundation to cover it. I thought there was no was it was going to work, I'd lost all hope. I'm getting married this August and I have been on danne for nearly a year and I couldn't be prouder to see everyone on my wedding day with my stunning lovely smooth skin. If your like me and think there's no hope then please try this. I wish I had found it sooner. It does work and it is an emotional rollercoaster but once you get through the worst part you will never feel better. Take it from me, the girl who wasted most of her money on quick solutions and cried everyday to a woman who stands proud and happy to smile with no make up on and be happy to show it.
