I have a stressful job and was experiencing some personal stresses outside of work and thought taking a different approach and getting a massage would be a good way to tackle everything life throws at you! I hadn’t had a massage before and didn’t know what to expect. Tia made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable in her practice and the first experience was easy and relaxing! Before I could explain that I also had some minor injuries from weightlifting, Tia had already identified this during the treatment and was very considered in her approach. I was able to relax (and vent a bit, without judgement might I add) and walked out of the treatment a new man. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to physically and mentally unwind. More...

Tia gives great massages! I’d been suffering with a bad upper back and neck due to my bad posture since working from home, after one massage my shoulders felt like they had dropped about 6 inches, the pain has now completely gone and my body feels realigned. I play football regularly and Tia’s massages have also really helped loosen my tight muscles and improved my recovery time. I’ve had quite a few massages on spa days but Tia’s are by far the best!
