I contacted Gary about a tricky electrical job in my bathroom and though in the end I thought the job was not really suitable to ask a professional company to do (given the shabby quality of the replacement fitting I'd already bought) I was really impressed by the courtesy and respect Gary showed in my initial contacts with him.
