How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All exercises are customized to each client, regarding to their fitness level and goals. Taking into account their weaknesses, restrictions and any other reason that could potentially cause an injury to ther body.
Making enjoyable and confortable session for clients. Having a good experience from exercise will be the biggest reason to create a routine and, consequently, achive excellent results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Finding motivation, being patient and enjoying the process. You will find much more physical and mental benefits along the way. This also will get you to get the body that makes you confident and happy.
What do you love most about your job?
I love motivating people, make them feel good, inspire them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started teaching classes as a hobby and surprisingly it was very successful. Since then I began to work professionally.
