I just wanted to say how much Ben has helped me in my fitness. I am a gym member at a club and was regularly training about 5 times a week. So when lockdown came I was obviously worried that all my hard work was going to go to waste but I needed not to worry. I have been following Ben’s Monthly programs which consist of 4 workouts a week with 3 rest days(which I now call run days) I can honestly say I feel more fitter and stronger than I ever had and have now decided I do not need to pay expensive membership fees anymore I just need Ben’s knowledge and training programs. The pandemic played a part, but I’ve been able to help more people achieve their goals because of it than before.

Yes. I provide an online coaching service which can be seen in my business services section.
I use a coaching software called TrueCoach which enables me to work with clients all over the country. I even have some clients in the US currently.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I mainly provide an online coaching service now and have limited the number of 1-2-1 sessions I offer in person.

Be Moore Fit. Online coaching is best suited for self-motivated clients with a moderate to experienced training history (approx. 2+ years).
The service is provided using TrueCoach an online coaching software which combines your;
- Training schedule
- Nutritional requirements
- Progress measurements
All in one place!
Not forgetting to mention you receive an exercise demonstration for each of your exercises within your training sessions.
To make sure you’re progressing and staying on track your coach will also schedule check-in calls with you each week to feedback.
