We make everything ourselves and serve a range of delicious BBQ dishes. We always try to source our produce from as close as possible to help reduce our carbon footprint

What’s your signature dish?
Our baby back ribs are our top selling dish. Cooked in our special dry rub blend in our oil drum smoker. Then glazed in our award winning BBQ sauce over hot coals and wood giving a delicious smokey flavour with caramalised BBQ sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We like to have a face to face meeting, preferably at the venue, where we can have a chat and answer any questions about the menu and how we operate.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy while serving our food which also makes us happy as we love cooking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started as a street food business in 2016 called Street Pig BBQ, which still trades with some of the biggest markets in London. We wanted to start a second business focussing more on private events as it allows us to cook things that wouldn't be possible on the street.

We make everything ourselves, meaning that you are guaranteed to get the best quality and individual style of BBQ going. We make everything from our dry rubs to all of our own sauces. Our BBQ sauce was awarded 2 gold stars in the Great Taste Awards in 2017, awarded by the Guild of Fine Foods. Our ribs were also listed by the Evening Standard as one of the top 100 dishes to eat in London.
