Hi, my name is Barry. I am a fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Barry is a great PT, his passion for it is clear from the first session, makes you want to put the effort to achieve your goals. Easygoing and will make you work hard, it's been definitely a great help to make me achieve my set goals.
