What inspired you to start your own business?
My own personal fitness journey; I’ve lost 30kg of body weight whilst increasing strength and achieving Personal Best’s on major lifts.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and run a clean private gym. Sessions are provided on a one to one basis.
