After messing about with a cam lock on my Touratech panniers for months, sticky key, works sometimes, doesn't others I finally broke the key.
In frustration I removed it and searched eBay, Touratech sites and couldn't get one anywhere. Today I walk into Basingstoke Locksmiths, lock in hand and the nice lady immediately goes to shop display, correct sized lock and swaps the cam off mine in 10 seconds and smilingly hands it back ready to fit with two new keys.

please don't use this company they sell over priced rubbish, I bought a front door lock from them, my fitter would not fit what I bought from them, it cost me a lot but was actually cheep rubbish,
I expected to get something better than a DIY chain but I got a much inferior part not fit for purpose and as they wouldn't give me a refund I wanted to warn you so you don't get ripped off too.
