If you are really serious about fitness, he is your man �. I have been training with him since feb 2017 and I can see a big difference in my fitness level. He sets good realistic monthly goals and gives good advice.I feel motivated, confident as I have lost weight and improved my strength level. Chris listens to your goals and any anxieties you may have towards training. He figures out a way to make sessions fun and always keeps pushing you to reach your goals.

Chris is a spot on trainer. Gets you to push your limits and gives you confidence when lifting. My technique has improved tenfold aswell as the weight I'm lifting. Gutted not to be training with him anymore. More...

Chris is not afraid to tell people what to do.. In fact he probably loves it! But joking aside.. the way he is makes you want to push yourself and be better, he makes you forget your weaknesses. Top fella !! Couldn't recommend a better personal trainer, he actually cares and wants to see you progress no matter what level you are and he's one the most motivated people, words can't explain how much he has done for me, could not of asked for a better person to have been with.

Chris is great, having just spent 6 weeks training with him can honestly say that I have enjoyed every session and can definitly feel and see the results. He is really good at coming up with fun workout ideas that make every session enjoyable but at the same still a great challenge. He listens to your fitness goals and plans each session accordingly and he is also very easy to get on with. All in all very happy and would recommend him to anyone :) More...
