Hired to fix and replace gutters in the front of my house. Agreed on a price, told the job is worse than it was, i even recived videos of how bad the wood was, £1000 extra to complete the job. I agreed no problem. What I got was horrendous, every joint is leaking, the gap between the gutter and roof is too big, there is only 1 clip in place of a 3 meter downpipe, with no shoe at the bottom of the downpipe pipe, screws had been screwed in the pipe holding it together.

When asked to resolved the water leaking, he did come back and do something, unsure what he did, because the leaks are worse. Contacted again to fix the leaks and told he was ordering the parts, this myserious parts has still not yet arrived and communications has stopped,

I am currently in the process of taking this man to court.

I had a tree pruned - a great job

The job of taking down ivy was done ok however in the process our phone line was pulled out leaving us with no internet access. We had to hire another person to fix this. There was no apology or attempt to help. Our guttering pipes were taken down to do the job and not replaced. It has been nearly 3 weeks since the job was done and it has not been completed. There has been a severe lack of communication to say when the job will be finished and every week there is a new answer that is not fulfilled. Overall I am unhappy with the service as the job has not been finished and there has been no apology or effort to fix it. I would not hire again. More...

Quick and efficient.

However, not clear in setting price and checking work was completed to customer's expectations.

In addition, work was accepted on the basis of a five year guarantee but no written agreement to provide this - just WhatsApp message. Also - no itemised invoice provided for materials and labour cost.

This was for a fence repair - which required less materials and effort than priced for or quoted initially.

Same total price was requested on completion and did not include repairs to bottom panel of fence - which apparently would have been quoted seperately.

Would have gone with alternative provider if had known job wouldn't be completed to expectations. More...

Lovely gentleman, came out to give me a free quotation on some repairs my roof needed, adviced me on what to do and carried the work out. He was very good and efficant. Would highly recommend More...

Barrow Property were engaged to fell and stump grind four twenty foot trees.
The team arrived promptly and felled the trees and stump ground them in a safe and professional manner.
All brush was chipped and they left my property in a clean and tidy condition.
