Tina is so patient with my 3 legged Cocker Spaniel. He cannot stand for too long as it is very tiring for him but she always does a lovely job and he comes home smelling so fresh and well cut and groomed.

Lovely grooming parlour where your dogs aren’t rushed through grooming . It’s on the site of a small craft shopping centre where you can get a nice coffee while you wait for your dog to be pampered . Tina gets to know your dog and takes consideration of what you ask for . Definitely recommend but book well in advance as she’s very popular ! More...

I feel I have to leave a review as Tina has taken such good care of my very difficult,but lovely boy George, he's a nine year old springer who is very nervous and can be a little difficult at times when being groomed,but over the last year he's been going to Barkley's he has improved, I think this is down to Tina taking her time to reassure him and him being in on a one to one basis as he's also not great with other dogs. I was worried about getting my Lhasa aspo groomed as he is so nervous around people so wasn't sure how he would react with being groomed I'd had him 6 moths and he was in a bit of a state with his hair. I contacted Barkleys and made an appointment and he has come back beautyfull can not recommend this dog groomers enough she is excellent will defo be visiting every 6 weeks More...

I took Poppy my 6month old Bichon for her first groom about 8 weeks ago. Tina @ BARKLEY'S recommend that I had her cut really short as she was very matted, so with her advice I did ( didn't like it) but I knew that it had to be done & it would grow back,Tina also showed me how to brush her correctly & with the right type of brush she also showed me how to pluck her ears ( which the breeder hadn't said about ) so I can do my bit in between her grooming sessions. Today I have had Poppy groomed and she looks amazing & have rebooked for 6 weeks time. I didn't realise how much work was involved in having this type of dog ( but it's my responsibility) Thanks again Tina More...

Can't rate high enough have 3 dogs and they have had bad experiences with previous dog grooming, now they actually like going to get their hairs cut, salon is clean and service is top notch, best dog grooming by far
