Emma is a excellent motivated young lady. who explained everything in simple understandable terms. A friendly and fun way to lose weight for busy people. Great accountability tasks that help to keep you focused on nutritional food but don't take too much time to complete. I loved how easy this plan was to fit in with my busy life and that it works. 2lbs shifted in 5 days without starving or cutting out any food groups. Awesome! More...

I started nutrition coaching at the end of January 2019 with Emma. My goal was to be fabulous at 40!! At the end of May 2019 I was the leanest and strongest I have ever been but more importantly I felt fabulous both mentally and physically. Emma herself is fabulous...she was there for me every step of the way. Encouraging me when I needed it, supporting me when I needed it and without her I would never have achieved my goal. I used to find exercising a bit of a chore. I have been attending Barassie Fitness for about a year now and its changed the way i think about exercise. Emma's classes are fun and enjoyable and she naturally creates a friendly and supportive environment. Emma helps me to stay motivated and pushes me to make the most of every session. Been with Emma on 1:1 ,joint and group sessions and has been just what I've needed to give me kick up bum. Despite injuries I've continues and she just adjusts sessions to suit. Now have muscles lol ����

I started training with Barassie Fitness 7 weeks ago and have been loving my PT sessions, Emma is fun and really helpful as well. Not only do you get the one hour PT session but throughout the week she is always on hand to answer any questions and give advice. She makes you work hard but you feel the benefit so quickly. Q&As

A combination of habit based coaching, essentially going back to basics and helping clients change their nutirion and exercise habits.

Being consistent and patient, we all have access to magic transformations on social media, these take hard work and consistency. We live in a land of getting things immediately. Your body has had years to get the way it is, don't expect to change in a month.

Being able to demonstrate that health, fitness and nutrition is about being better than you were yesterday, every day should be a progression. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect action.

My own health and finess transformatio drove the inital thought, I have always coached people in my corporate career so why not combine both passions? I love being to show mums that they don't have to be frumpy, I love showing older ladies that they can still move well.

I seek action from my clients, and action drives results.
