Company refused to provide receipts for items they charged for and they became aggressive when I asked for it. Will be reporting to Ofgem/ Energy ombudsmen service.
My father recently had a boiler installed by this company. His costs were covered by a government grant. He was asked to pay for some additional items by this company, which he was told was not covered by government grants. He accepted this and paid, following the job he asked for a receipt for these additional items he had paid for. The lady we spoke to on the phone not only declined to do so but proceeded to verbally abuse my father. We will be reporting the company to Ofgem, even if the charges were legitimate it is highly unprofessional and concerning that the company refused to provide a receipt and got aggressive when they were called out for this. I would advise against using this company, as, if something goes wrong I have seen the attitude the staff show to customers.

They installed a boiler full central heating system and a cooker at my house and it was an absolute bargain and the job was fully completed within a day
