Great health club, But would like to bring to your attention when things are broken.... Like the hot tub there should be a members alert informing members really disappointed when I look forward to something and its broken, out of order, waiting on repair which has happened too often, evectivly we are paying for something you are not providing. .... Fantastic facility !! I am and older member and only use the swimming pool and spa. Staff are first class here and couldn't be more helpful. Cleanliness is excellent and the staff are always cleaning. My only moan is the spa is a little on the hot side sometimes and as this tub helps my arthritis I like to fully relax in it but when it's too hot I can't. When I tell a member of staff they immediately test the temperature and will turn it down if necessary , so again great customer service. Love it and well worth the money to me.
