I arranged a visit for between 9 and 12. I was pleased to get a call saying it was going to be closer to 1300 hrs and would that be ok? When they arrived both staff were polite friendly and considerate (taking off their shoes without being asked to) They identified the problem and quickly rectified it. The resulting improvement in TV reception is excellent and they did not try to pressure me into unnecessary work such as a new aerial. I mentioned another issue and they knew the answer but said the office would have to quote. This they did the next day and although i have decided not to bother with the extra work i know from a comparison that the price was competitive and the work suggested was appropriate. I am very pleased with the service and the pricing and would recommend Banbury Aerials to others. More...

Had poor signal on new TV,Two guys came out same day... polite,professional,had the right test equipment to assess the problem. Replaced old cabling with new a lot neater than before and tested.Cleaned up after themselves and very reasonably priced.Would recommend again.Note# beware as i first called who i thought was these guys off the internet only to be a national company so make sure you check the address online More...

Very good local aerial company, which helps when you consider that Banbury has a very poor reception area. My experiences of them have always been very professional and they are quick to respond to calls and giving advice. Also, work load and timings are generally given straight away so you will know virtually straight away when your service will be done.
