I feel like a new man when I walk out of here! The therapists all have their own style but are consistently excellent. The atmosphere is instantly relaxing and the range of herbal teas is impressive. I can't recommend this place highly enough, the massages I've had have helped me overcome some long term muscle pain I've suffered with. A little gem of a place you could almost miss as the entrance is tiny! But a really spaceous relaxing, retreat once inside. I had a swedish massage and it was amazing!! Relieved a lot of tension, aches and pains! Soothing and relaxing music and atmosphere. Professional, hard working staff. Water before treatment and refreshing tea afterwards...some great packages on offer! This has definitely made me decide that once a month I need to treat myself!! Why I've not decided this sooner I'll never know. £45 for 30 mins, £70 for an hr and £90 for 1.5hrs!! Cant wait to go back! More...

This salon is my favourite. I come here for everything, I started going for waxing and the girls made me feel very comfortable, after it I tried the lash lift with Melissa and the results were WOW! This is my fourth week and they still pretty good. Also, I have try for the first time the dipping gel nails with Juliana, she was lovely and had lots of patience with me. My treatment was done by Farahat, and it was honestly one of the best facial and massage treatments I've ever gotten. I took the combination treatment, which included a small consultation at the beginning to understand and agree on what you want and expect from the treatment. The combination treatment included a back, shoulder and neck massage, plus a facial and scalp massage for £70 for an hour. The whole mood and vibe in there was so relaxing and calming, and for that one hour I've never felt so calmed. The therapist and I had good communication along the whole process, I was told during every step what she was doing and how she was doing it, along with how I felt and if I was ok with it. Fab experience. Ilona my masseuse targeted areas no other place has done, included manipulation and stretching, all the while discussing the details of different muscles and their relationships (I like to talk during my massages). I have been a member for about a year now, I absolutely love it. I usually get the 60 minute deep tissue full body massage for my monthly treatment but I have also tried the hot stone massage and body exfoliation, all of them have been amazing. I look forward to coming here on my days off as it is a lovely place to sit and have a cup of tea and relax before or after your treatment. More...

I visited Bali yesterday , for the second time. I have had many many massages from many different salons and spas. Bali is a really very special place. The staff are all fantastic. Really listening to what you want. Respectful of the calm and relaxing atmosphere they have created in the large and comfortable lounge. If you visit , give yourself time before and after treatment to relax in the lounge to get the most from your treatment.
The massage itself was wonderful. Anne asked me what I wanted and tailored the massage beautifully.
Having been a cancer patient in the past I was also impressed they offer an Oncology Massage. I found many places would not take me when I needed some TLC most , out of fear and ignorance of causing a problem ( even though my doc had cleared it ).
It is expensive. You can get cheaper. But if you believe 'you get what you pay for' Bali delivers.
Birthdays and Christmas will be gift vouchers for Bali from now on.

Visited today for a 60 minute deep tissue massage as my back was full of knots. I must say Adrienne was amazing and lovely, I had the best massage I have ever had, and she always made sure I was comfortable and understood what she was doing, tailoring it to my needs. Having somewhere to relax with a cup of tea afterwards was also really appreciated. Can't wait to visit again! More...

One of the best spas ever been to! Stephanie the manager is so welcoming and friendly and could not spend enough time with us and making us feel comfortable! Matt did the best reflexology massage ever! Only had half an hour and wish I'd had an hour and a half! Another lady (who's name has slipped our mind) did my mums nails and they've been on for four weeks, no chips or anything! We stayed and drank lovely tea on relaxing massage chairs and did not feel rushed to leave! The staff could not do enough for you and were just so calming and lovely! Would recommend it to everyone! I visited Bali Health Lounge on Saturday for a full body Swedish massage. I found the place to have a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. It was nice to relax in the lounge before and after my treatment with a pot of tea. The treatment itself was fantastic and the therapist was very knowledgable and professional. She tailored the massage to my needs and asked for indications so that she could provide the right amount of pressure. The room was very relaxing with calming music and heated beds. It was lovely to switch off for an hour. It was also useful to be able to shower the oil off afterwards too before getting dressed if you need to.
