I love moments of step-change, where clients experience self-realisation, feel that a weight of self-expectation has gone, or that a thought or feeling is validated.

I also enjoy helping people to develop self-sustaining strategies to enable them to overcome unhelpful and intrusive thoughts, and destructive behaviours. Hearing stories of how someone has overcome a difficulty beyond our work together is incredibly rewarding.

I have more to offer as myself than as part of another organisation. I focus my efforts on excellence for my clients, being focused on good wellbeing, growth and resilience.

It is a privilege to be able to help others grow into their fullest potential, and having the space and time to focus on that, as a self employed practitioner, allows me to dedicate all of my energy to helping my clients.

I look to help you grow a holistic understanding of yourself, with reflection of life experiences that have had an influence on how you process and interpret the things that life sends your way. My approach balances kindness and honesty, in the context of openness and in an environment of trust.

I look to build people up, and progress at the speed of trust; whether we meet once, or several times.

I am able to provide services online through zoom meetings, and in person within Manchester City Centre.

Though not essential, I always welcome the opportunity for at least one in-person meeting, if distance allows, this can help in getting to know each other more quickly.

I am fully vaccinated and take your health and safety very seriously.

Meetings in person are possible, and can be undertaken with social distancing and face masks should that make you more comfortable. I am open to discussion on anything other arrangments that would make you feel more comfortable.
