I (Guy Baker) am a very passionate fitness professional who aims to achieve the highest quality of results for all my clients.

I help busy over 30s get into incredible shape without having to make unlimited sacrifices to achieve it.

Our time working together will allow me to pass on the knowledge and experience I have acquired during the last 18 years to ensure that you not only reach your goal efficiently but you also have the tools to maintain the improvement.
