The BEST wedding cake ever!! Lou was recommended to us by our wedding venue owner and as soon as we met her we knew she was the perfect choice. She came with tasters of the three flavours we wanted for our cake as well as samples for the decorations and it was obvious that the time and trouble she’d invested already was proof of how passionate and professional she is. She made a 3 tier wedding cake for us and it was amazing, we had Sponge with raspberry and white chocolate ganache, Jamaican (ginger) cake with vanilla buttercream and lime filling and a marble cake with more of the delicious white chocolate ganache! I contacted Bake to The Future to commission a cake for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday party. The cake Lou made was in the shape of a pair of decks and mixer with a personalised message on the records. Not only was fantastically delicious but it looked awesome. I've been a lucky enough man to have tried Lou's cakes on multiple occasions, and whether I'm the 1st or 500th person to say so, let me tell ya, you will not go wrong if you get one of these lil beauties for yourself. If you're in need of a wedding cake, birthday cake or just a cake to eat alone in bed one weekend, I honestly don't know why you'd go anywhere else than Bake to the Future. Lou is insanely talented and a lovely, warm person to boot. I asked for a cake design that was intricate, detailed and possibly too difficult to achieve and yet she knocked it out of the park. We ordered our wedding cake from Louise at Bake to the future after seeing pictures of her cake creations it's clear she has talent and loves what she does! We decided on a 'naked cake, the price was very reasonable I was actually expecting to pay more. She included delivery and setting up in the price and kept in contact with us throughout which made things alot less stressful knowing it was all taken care of. I'd heard many good things about Bake to the Future, so decided to ask Lou if she could make a typewriter cake for my girlfriends birthday. I thought it'd be a difficult task as it involved such intricate detail but for Bake to the Future, it was no problem at all.

With just a few questions, Lou had exactly what she needed and produced a piece of brilliance. The look on my girlfriends face when she saw this wonderful cake was more that I could have hoped for.
