What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love when I am working with a client and they get a 'light bulb' moment, a break though, or just finally find that 'letting go' moment. Identity is a huge part of the work I do because when you know who you are and what you are naturally gifted and talented at to your very core... you become unshakeable and unbreakable! Seeing the shifts from "I hate being me" to "It's freakin' awesome to be me!" and from "I don't feel good enough" to "Damn Right I'm Good Enough!" or "It's not possible" to "OMG! I smashed that!!" is what lights me up, inspires me and why I'm passionate about what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up wit ha belief that I was not good enough. From the age of 4 years I truly believed that. I had no confidence, little self worth or belief, was painfully shy and as a result settled for second best in everything I did - exams, work, relationships, finances - everything! My life became a series of spectacular disasters, it truly is a wonder that I am still here. And - I am because one day my life tipped all over the floor and than God it did because as painful as that was it gave me the gift of being able to pick up the pieces I really wanted, leave the others right there and discover that my belief was a lie. am I good enough? Damn right I'm good enough! And at 38 years old (slow learner!) my life took a completely new direction. I now get to share all that I have been and all that I have learned in that (to date) 17 year journey to really make a difference in the lives of others. I am especially passionate about working with young people and families and am on a mission to positively impact the lives of 10 million young people globally so that they know without doubt what they are naturally gifted and talented at, that they add value to the world (which my not be academic) and they they are always more than good enough.
