Good experience here. We called this company after having double glazing put in. The glazers had hit a complication and finished after dark, so windows needed more attention. This man and woman team came round, began work, and on finding that industrial sovents were needed they advised that we get the glazers back. (That's now been done, no problem with the glazers.) But Glasgow Window Cleaning gave us good advice, they generously made no charge for the call-out, and we've now booked them to come and do our windows every two months. More...

Unprofessional, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. Making a booking was simple and straight forward. Cleaning the windows, frames and edges of walls to my cafe ahead of reopening. On the day of the booking GWC forgot my booking and my text to prompt them of their arrival would have been the only way the booking was completed. On arrival GWC started straight away making up for lost time. As GWC were about to leave I had a look around to see what was done. Unfortunately, I never received the service I requested. I requested over the phone to have my window frames and walls around the window frames 'scrubbed down'. On the phone we decided power washing wasn't going to the the option but I was informed they could 'bring a brush and give them a good scrub down' - which never happened, I only had the glass panes cleaned at the price of £50. To summarise: the forgot my booking, arrived and cracked on straight away without acknowledging what was to be carried out, when challenged before leaving Harris acknowledged we spoke of having the brush to scrub them down but since the window panes were cleaned they would leave them dirty. Failure to accept responsibility that they 'cracked on' without actually completing the job correctly is why I will never use their services again. Very quick to book in and to clean but a fabulous job. I hadn’t had my windows cleaned for quite a while so they needed a good scrub which they got, even 3 floors up. One of the more affordable places I found for tenement style flats so will definitely use again! Thank you! More...

Very disappointing, I specifically asked for PVC surrounds to be cleaned, this was supposed to be included in the quote, on arrival they said they had quoted for the wrong address, and refused to wash the PVC as this required special equipment. Did he mean water and a cloth!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAbsolutely shocking service Turned up late Didn’t know what the agreed job was Had agreed all pvc and windows - had to tell him again about the agreed job for the pvc as well as window He never dried windows, claimed to be using ionised water and reassured me it would dry clean Windows looked dirtier than before he came, blamed this on washing the pvc, which was apart of the original agreed quote and job. Pvc was still stinking, didn’t use a cloth or ladders just a pole Returned after making complaints, was in my garden for 30 seconds and wiped 3 windows, did not redo them and did not touch the top windows stating he did them as a favour not as part of the agreed job which is untrue and I have it in black and white as the job was agreed through messages on gumtree.
