Arwa was amazing from the start, listening to what I was looking for in my office, which I also use as a therapy room. She shared her own ideas which were always amazing. She was very patient even when I changed my mind on colours and always updated the visuals for me and sent me the design she created electronically. She made sure all was ordered and delivered in time for when they came to Manchester to assemble everything and set the room up. Her and Mustafa spent two days and finished the full office from wall paper to the last detail of putting up the frames and even candles and water bottle! The process was so easy and can’t believe how beautiful she brought the vision into reality. If I had decided to do the office myself, it would never have looked this good and to be honest it still would not have been finished! The result is everything I wanted and more. They are both very respectful, professional and did amazing work. I recommended them straight away and my friend from the start commented how lovely they both were to communicate with. What’s your interior design process?
The first step before starting any project is a consultation
Getting to know the client and their style as well as what they want to achieve is crucial
If the project is a commercial one or a big residential project then we would arrange for a site survey to take all the necessary dimensions. This will then be followed by a CAD drawing and a conceptual design. Final steps are always fun when we start to look for materials furnishings and finishes as well as creating the 3D visuals for the client to see the design in a better perspective
