I am a certified NLP Practitioner & Timeline Therapist™️. I offer 1-1 online coaching sessions for those who are looking to make positive changes & lasting change in their life.

I offer a series of coaching sessions that include a variety of NLP, Timeline Therapy™️ modalities. I practice modalities that have been most supportive to me on my journey. As well as using techniques from NLP, Timeline Therapy™ & coaching, I use a range of spiritual practises in my sessions too. Such as guided meditations, breathwork, mindfulness & writing practises. Developing our spiritual growth as well as our mental & emotional, will open a transformative space to bring you clarity, alignment & allow you to create & live from your truth.

However this is not some ‘Woo Woo’ nonsense – the techniques of NLP & Timeline Therapy™ ensures you get RESULTS. I value result driven & practical knowledge to support us on our journeys. It’s the culmination of the scientific as well as spiritual knowledge that will give you the results you need to nurture your overall well being.

Whether you have a personal goal or a professional goal you are striving to achieve, this service is outcome driven so it will certainly get you the result you desire. The only thing you have to do is, want to make a change and commit yourself to the process. I am committed to the growth of each individual fully embodying self love & confidence in order to live their best lives!
