I can help in person or online.
I'm not just your PT for a hour a day, I'm available at all times whenever you need me. That could be sending me your form or just a general chat.

There is no secret. Whatever makes you happy and hard work.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy and getting them out of pain.
I love helping people when they come into my gym without a clue in the world and after months/weeks they are more than confident to keep going and achieve whatever their goals are.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Was in the Army and wanted to see how if I can work on my own for a change.

It's all over now but in general I was my hands and I am very hygienic as it is anyway.
