We had a boiler fitted by a third party as part of an extension project. They could not wire the boiler up and we were without heating for about 2 weeks. A call to Austen and he came out at short notice to get the heating working temporarily and scheduled one of his team in to sort the problem out shortly after. AW heating and plumbing were great! Got the job done in good time, kept us updated and were really tidy! We had a boiler moved and replaced and all the walls (inside and out) were put back and made good. We also had a whole new bathroom and shower installed. Again neat, tidy and kept us up to date. I couldn’t be happier. After 2 weeks going through quotes on what it would cost to get our boiler updated to a combi or get it fixed; we finally came across you guys.
