I visited Emily after I had glandular fever and contracted viral fatigue. Doctors were unable to help so I turned to a more holistic approach. Emily used a mixture of aromatherapy, massage, meditation, Reiki and coaching to not only help me overcome the fatigue but to address ongoing gut issues, help me to sleep well and to work on some emotional issues during the sessions which was way more than I anticipated! Emily is really supportive in and out of the sessions, she conducts the treatments in way that is comfortable and helpful to each person. I am an intuitive energy healer, channel and spiritual guide, Emily has been a client of mine on her journey of self-realisation and empowerment. I felt drawn to connecting with Emily recently as she started to connect fully with her truth, to prepare an aromatherapy blend to assist me further with my ascension process. After our consultation I received 3 blends of oils in the post that had been agreed upon to assist me to; sleep and release/ surrender, a blend to heal my many injuries and the goddess blend I initially contacted Emily for.

My higher self was extremely willing and excited however my ego was reticent about engaging with the oils - I avoided opening the package and connecting with the oils for days.

When I eventually did try the sleep blend, I immediately had a mental, emotional and physical reaction. My ego basically freaked out! However, that said, the blend did allow me to connect with my ego self to find out what the issues were behind my sleep issues.

I recently felt really drawn to using the goddess blend, after the previous experience I decided to go gently and just placed a drop on my wrists, I was fine nothing special occurred. The other day, I felt drawn to using the oil again. This time I rubbed some into my heart centre. My ego immediately freaked out, I went down to the bathroom ready to wash it straight off but resisted the urge. Instead I connected to my higher self and asked if I was going to have an allergic reaction, the answer was - what do you consider an allergic reaction to be? Yes your ego is being challenged but just go with it. So I returned upstairs to complete another client card reading and instead of pulling cards, just opened up completely from my heart centre and started to channel messages for my client from a column of light that I connected to when I tuned into their energy. It was the most amazing experience, unlike any other channeling experience I have had previously.

After the experience I realised I had managed to bend time and complete 3 readings and felt amazing! Absolute bliss and joy. Amazing experience.

Even though your ego self may not feel ready to engage with the oils and release the old patterns and programs that exist in your bodies that keep you small, if you feel drawn to connecting with Emily for a massage or blend of oils - I highly recommend and encourage you to follow your hearts and just go with whatever comes up. Afterwards you will be in a very different place if my experience is anything to go by.
