Unresponsive after-service
I Had 4 wheels recently refurbished. It wasn’t a perfect job by any means, but it was adequate, at least compared to what they were beforehand, so I went with it.
Then a few weeks later I noticed that one wheel had a blister of paint flaking off about the size of a 50p. I sent an internal note (from their website) of this to Autoklean but received no response. I sent a reminder a few weeks later, but again received no response. If this is the standard of their work and the sort of after-service care they have for their customers, I cannot recommend them.

Tried this company as the previous company changed vans and couldn't get into the car park where I parked my car. Confirmed with Sebastian on the phone that their vans were below 1. 85m and would be able to enter car park, which he said they would. Received a phone call on Tuesday to say that the valeter is sick and wouldn't be able to come that day, so appointment was moved to Wednesday. Valeter arrived on the Wednesday and was friendly enough, but his van was of course too big for the car park so we spent 20 minutes trying to find a place to wash it, which we did finally on the street. I made the mistake of not inspecting his work and found their were still bugs on the front of the car, the wheels hadn't been cleaned and there were water marks everywhere. Was also having one of the wheels refurbished in the afternoon, to which I asked the technician what he thought of the job and he replied "a 10 pound car wash would have done a better job". I called and asked to speak to a manager, and was told someone would call back in 15 minutes. No one did, so I called the next day. When I finally spoke to a manager, his response was, "what do you expect for a £60 valet?" When I tried to explain the issues, he simply said "you keep interrupting me". In my experience the customer should always be listened to and not seen as an interruption. There are far better services than this one, so would not recommend this place, particularly if you have a nice car. Happy to send photos if anyone needs them and you be the judge. More...

This is the best and most proffessional car mobile valeting and detailing company I have ever used. Took 5 hours to do my car and added a ceramic coating with a 5 year guarantee.
Fastidious is their byword even did the inside of the petrol filler. Delighted with the finish.

Timely, professional, polite, capable and reasonably priced. These words pretty much sum up the experience I got from Bart and AutoKlean. No used/aged car can be made 100% perfect but my car became as swirl and scratch-free as it could be. Its early days as I have yet to examine her up close in full direct sunlight but am confident the finish will be great all round. Remember me. I was a staff member this guy never paid. I got the job after they had immigration take a illegal immigrant away because he did not care who worked for his company. i was kicked out the shell garage in Ottershaw by the Honda boss for having a radio. even tho the other boys had theirs on. i felt targeted. and told him what i fort of him and he asked me to leave. Then i called the boss of autoklean and told him what happen and his words was im not paying you as you nearly cost me my £100.0000 contract. go to small clams court. so i called him going mad. i had rent and bills to pay and went with out electric and gas and had to get a food bank. you employed someone that wasn't supposed to even be in the country and you knew about it. if you guys that is reading this check it out in get surrey and you will see this person for what he really is More...
