From start to finish- over night- Joe was amazing! We arranged him visit us about 8.30/9pm at night due to being let down and the desperate need for the work to be done. He came at 4pm the next day. Fantastic service. Friendly, reliable, honest, and an all round nice guy! We will be booking him for more work to our new house. He removed 6 standard pendant lights and replaced with new lights. I would definitely recommend Austerley Technology Group Ltd. Very professional, reliable and finish to a high standard. We contacted ATG to wall mount a television in our front room. We did arrange a date just after the Covid lockdown, however due to the Covid ruling around self isolation we had to rearrange. ATG were really professional and kept us updated regarding delaying and rearranging our appointment. Once thee day arrived, he spent some time measuring the equipment, marking the wall with the dimensions of the wall mount (one that he recommended) with the size of TV as well as mounting my sky q box. He then marked fitting the fixings and went about placing the cables behind the wall. He done this to a high standard and even went about using zip ties to help with cable management so it was all hidden. Would highly recommend! Joe has recently completed a number of works to our home in Buckingham. Works included: - running armoured cable outside from the main power supply to the isolator switch for our recently purchased hot tub. -The supply and installation of CCTV to the front of our house this is hard wired to our Wi-Fi so we're able to view the camera from a number of devices which is incredibly handy and very reassuring. - Whilst decorating our bedroom we asked Joe to complete some electrical work this included the moving of sockets, installation of downlighters and the running of cables in the wall to ensure all wires would be hidden once a TV was fitted, once the decorating was completed Joe came back and fitted the bracket and TV for us and ensured it was all set up for us to use immediately which we really appreciated. We're so happy with Joe's work and would highly recommend the Austerley Technology Group Ltd, I will ensure to give your details to all friends and family.
