I have many different skills, but I want to promote my audio typing, proofreading and editing skills.
I've been audio typing since 1989, and I have excellent grammar and spelling skills.
I'm currently working for a family Structural Engineering business, who I've been with for just over 8 years (I also worked for them in the early 90s), but the Owners are winding down to fully retire at some point soon.

Audio Typing / Transcription
Typing from a dictation file which you would email to me.
I would type it up, send it over to you for checking, then if there were any errors e.g. if I mishear an unfamiliar term, I'd make the corrections and send back to you.
Copy Typing
Typing from written text. You would email the text over to me. I would then print it off and type it up in your preferred format. I would then send it over to you for checking, and if there are any errors, send it back to me for correction.
Proofreading
I can proofread any size of document, including book manuscripts and the like.
I can also edit the text if required, e.g. altering sentence structure, adding words etc. This would particularly apply to reports / dissertations / theses.
Email Management
I am very articulate, so answering business emails, even to those challenging Clients, is not a problem for me.
I can deal with your business emails while you go on holiday to relax, or even for the odd day here and there when you're just snowed under!
Call Handling
I have an excellent telephone manner, polite and professional.
I can take messages and forward them to the relevant person, or if I have the information from you, I could update them on their enquiry.
I can also make calls to Clients if necessary.
