Hello there! I'm Atuora and I'm a Life and Mindset Coach and Medical Doctor. Throughout the course of my professional life there have been challenges and huge demands on my time, energy and work-life balance. Coaching has played a significant role in helping me build resilience, maintain positive and healthy habits, master stress management, gain clarity, achieve my goals and ultimately have a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life and career.

If you are new to coaching, you should give it a try. Atuora is clearly experienced. She has helped me to identify my goal and what I need to do to achieve it.

I am able to help people achieve their goals, and to find their authentic selves. Working with people who are keen to learn, change and achieve is inspiring and motivating.

Coaching has helped me build resilience, master stress management, gain clarity, achieve my goals and ultimately have a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life and career. Hence, I was inspired to attain formal Coaching qualifications and start a business in order to be in a position to bring similar benefits to as many people as possible.

Lived experience and my professional qualifications enable me to help people create a clear vision of what they truly want. Issues that I have helped people with include career change/progression, building confidence, establishing an exercise/journaling routine, weight loss, exam strategy and sleep hygiene. I look forward to working with you.

Yes, I am able to provide my services online/remotely. This enables me reach as many people as possible . My coaching sessions can be via Zoom/Skype/WhatsApp or over the phone depending on the client's preference.

Services

Time commitment - One focused 120 minute session.


Aim - We will fully explore a defined goal you have in relation to different aspects of your life
and establish what could be holding you back from achieving it. You will get clear about where you are now and work through the barriers.

Achievement - You will identify where changes need to be made and leave equipped with a realistic plan that you can confidently implement.

Time Commitment - 6 sessions over 3 months.

Aim - Through looking holistically at your life and experiences to date, we will explore what matters to you most and also consider how your values and beliefs play a part in discovering your purpose.

Once you have established your priorities, you can begin to make changes that best align with your values and overcome whatever may be standing in the way of your success.

Achievement - You will leave with a definite plan for the next steps to take, a clear vision of your future and the confidence and enthusiasm to take action going forward.

Six-step programme - 1:1 Coaching to help you define your habit change goals and achieve them.

Step 1 - Define your goal, identify where you are now and where you want to be
Step 2 - Get ready for change - who do you need to be to get there?
Step 3 - Initial steps - What habits or behaviours do you need to stop or cultivate
Step 4 - Action - Remove /embed those habits
Step 5 - Create beliefs about yourself that are reinforced by those habits and set up support for sustainable change
Step 6 - Maintain your new habits
