Charlotte is an amazing personal trainer, who’ll assist with whatever personal goals you have in mind.

As this was my first experience with a personal trainer, it was almost fear of the unknown as I didn’t really know what to expect, but one of the first things I was asked is what I want from these sessions - I was quite clear, I was happy with my weight and didn’t have any intentions of getting “shredded” but did want to reduce my body fat and get leaner.

Charlotte tailor made a program around what I wanted to achieve and changed my outlook on the kind of diet I should be following.

Whilst I can’t compare Charlotte to other personal trainers, I have friends that have used various personal trainers for the past and they haven’t achieved the same results as me in the same space of time.

Would recommend to anyone 💪👍

Kind person, who always goes the extra mile.
She was incredibly patient with me and started me on my fitness journey when I was quite poorly. I’ve since lost over 15KG of fat and she’s instilled me with some very good habits! 100% recommend. More...

I first went to Charlotte with back ache and poor posture, after a year of strengthening and functional exercises my back is stronger and my posture has improved. Alongside this I've dropped body fat and feel great.
The sessions are fun but challenging and Charlotte tailors them to your goals.
She is always available if you need advice in between sessions.
Her home program keeps you on track along with the food diary.
Charlotte is motivating and encouraging and I can't recommend her enough.
Definitely worth the investment!!

Charlotte is a very professional, patient and encouraging trainer. Her sessions are very personal and specific to my goals whilst also considering any aches and pains on the day.
After years of training, Charlotte was the first p.t that taught me to to warm up properly, with specific warm ups, stretches, and workouts to work around all my 'niggles'.
She has introduced lots of different exercises and equipment to my routine that will benefit my own training sessions in the future.
The training studio is perfect and very private.
Charlotte is very encouraging whilst always listening to my dislikes and/or niggles and will always have another option to offer.
Productive and fun sessions and I always leave feeling great!
Highly recommend.

Before my first appointment with Charlotte I was feeling constantly tired and unfit after being diagnosed with an under active thyroid. Charlotte was very helpful, easy to talk to and very supportive. Over my 8 appointments I started to feel energised and much fitter. She advised me on nutrition and exercise and gave me lots of helpful tips. I lost weight and felt at my best . Services

The key areas of training I focus on are: Functional Training , Fat Loss, Strength and Tone, Flexibility and Mobility. My style of training initially focuses on rebalancing and building a strong foundation within your body, therefore I can push you to your full potential, whilst avoiding injury.

If a clients goal is to lose body fat, gain lean muscle or drop a dress size then a body assessment is ideal as it gives us a real indication if we are on the right track towards achieving these specific goals. A body assessment is usually taken at the beginning of a clients health journey then every 4 weeks after, in the assessment I take a reading of weight, measurements, body fat and photos. I will only ever take the readings a client feels comfortable with.

Coaching for Wellness emphasises taking a 360 approach to a client's wellbeing. During wellness coaching I focus on different areas of a client's wellbeing, more so the areas the client is not feeling fulfilled. These areas cover: sleep, energy, stress/anxiety, life/work balance, resilience, relationship with self and others, nutrition and exercise. Wellness coaching enables a client to gain clarity, develop a strong mindset and move forward with continued action taking so they can live a healthy, happy and fulfilled life.
