I cannot recommend Attik Estate Agents highly enough. Having had my house on the market for several months with a large recognised national agent and gaining very little traction, I came across Attik and their fantastic team. Having been out of the country for the majority of the sale process due to work commitments, communication was key to reassuring me that I had chosen the right agent. Kate was extremely helpful and professional given the circumstances of our complicated sale. She went above and beyond keeping the homebuilder of the property we were purchasing updated on a daily basis; as well as chasing both solicitors, the buyers mortgage broker and negotiating between parties quickly and efficiently. This was probably not Attik’s easiest transaction but through months of hard work and chasing we finally completed the sale and got the home we waited so long for. Dealing with Attik Property Services in our recent attempted sale of the house in Norwich, was an extremely positive experience from the word Go. Kate was chosen as our preferred agent because she is warm and friendly yet extremely professional, all the prerogatives to succeed as an estate agent and deliver the results for her clients. The task she had, looked very difficult to start as we pushed the sale price well above what other estate agents perceived as achievable. We found Kate to be a very effective negotiator because she clearly communicated our expectations and fought very hard to represent our interests at every stage of the process. Kate is also extremely good at balancing the right amount of communicated information without overwhelming the client. Despite an obvious mutual disappointment when changes in our personal circumstances prevented us from completing the sale, particularly in the view of Kate finding the buyers willing to pay the full asking price, we are wholeheartedly recommending Attik Property Services to all our friends and people we know. Our property was an almost finished project and was proving difficult to sell due to the fact it needed some finishing work. Katie was able to see through that and the amazing potential it had for the right buyer. Nothing was too much trouble, from providing props to give it a special finish to keeping the dogs out of the way during viewings.
